FCT has a constant concern with the employability of its students favoring a dynamic adaptation of conditions in to the labor market. A new approach to implementing the courses was develop and adopted from 2012/13, in which FCT is a pioneer in terms of all the National Higher Education System. The assessment has become continuous reducing the time of the school year spent on exams.
