FCT student of the Doctoral Program in Bioenergy awarded in the WASTES Conference

Catarina Nobre, a 2nd year student of the PhD program in Bioenergy (DCTB-FCT NOVA), received the award "Professor Rosário Oliveira," for the paper presented at the 3rd International Conference WASTES: Solutions, treatments and opportunities, which took place in Viana do Castelo from 14 to 16 September 2015.

The paper entitled "Torrefaction effects on composition and quality of biomass wastes pellets" was the result of work done under the project PROPELLET (QREN Inovação) developed by MEtRicS - Mechanical Engineering and Resources Sustainability Center.
