The Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa hosted the sixth edition of the TEDxFCTUNL conference.
The theme chosen for this edition was "Creativity", addressed through various perspectives in various areas of knowledge, from scientific and literary knowledge to bodily and social knowledge.
TED conferences are organized by a non-profit organization whose mission is to present ''Ideas Worth Spreading''.
TEDs have had such diverse and extraordinary speakers from scientists to politicians, including CEOs such as Bill Clinton, Isabel Allende, Phillipe Stark, Bill Gates, Jane Goodall, Frank Gehry, Paul Simon, Sir Richard Branson, Philippe Starck and Bono .
