Competences

• Perform contracting procedures for the construction, maintenance and conservation of Faculty  buildings;
• Keep up to date information on the characteristics and repair state of buildings and equipment;
• Grant the approval and provisional or final acceptance of works awarded by the Faculty;
• Implement and coordinate the development of refurbishment or improvement of existing facilities in close collaboration with the Section of Safety and Health at Work;
• Monitor and supervise the conservation, maintenance and cleaning to be carried out by third parties;
• Propose new measures to ensure proper management and conservation of spaces, facilities and equipment;
• Propose, when appropriate, the holding of maintenance contracts and maintenance of facilities and equipment
