Before the beginning of the mobility, the UA must inform if the student has been accepted. If so, the UA must send the student the letter of acceptance and sign the Learning Agreement (LA.) After sending the LA signed by the UA to DMIE, the student will receive the Erasmus+ contract to sign it.
If you plan to undertake your mobility journey using low-emission means of transport for the majority of the trip - such as train, bus, or carpooling - it will be considered Green Travel. This must be declared prior to the issuance of the contract through a Declaration of Honour signed by the participant (here). At the end of the mobility period, supporting documents confirming the use of sustainable transport (e.g., train or bus tickets, toll receipts, fuel receipts, etc.) must be submitted by email to the DMIE.
Under the Erasmus+ Program, the European Commission has contracted an online support service for participants in long-term mobility activities (i.e. mobilities between 2 and 12 months).
