NOVA FCT once again hosted the Talent Bootcamp, a career acceleration program that fosters direct contact between students and the business world.
Over two days, participants had the opportunity to interact with 164 professionals from 113 leading national and international companies, in an environment designed to enhance skills development and networking.
“An incredible opportunity to meet new talent and help grow a new generation of professionals,” highlighted Rui Trindade, Digital Transformation Program Manager at Nokia.
Among the 190 participating students, 65% were finalists or recent graduates, underscoring the program’s role as a bridge to the job market.
“These two days gave me excellent networking tools to start my career,” said João Pedro Rodrigues dos Santos, student.
The initiative, held on October 17–18, was organized by Magma Studio in partnership with NOVA FCT.
