On 18 February 2026, NOVA FCT welcomed 96 new international students who joined the community for the second semester, bringing the total number of students from different parts of the world this academic year to nearly 400 and further strengthening the global character of our academic community.
The welcome session introduced the main services and facilities on campus and was attended by the NOVA FCT Management and representatives of the Students’ Union, highlighting the School’s commitment to close academic and social integration and to the success of its international students.
The continuous growth of this community shows that internationalisation is a strategic priority for NOVA FCT, which every year hosts hundreds of mobility and degree-seeking students at a leading School of Science, Engineering and Technology, renowned for the quality of its teaching, research and campus life.
