The purpose of the Joint Meeting of y-BIS and jSPE is to bring together young statisticians and professionals working in Academia and in Industry. The conference will offer opportunities to meet each other, and to share scientific and professional experiences. This meeting will cover many of the research areas in Probability and Statistics, and many areas of application.
PhD Candidates, Post docs and Assistant Professors in other disciplines that use statistics regularly are welcome to discuss their problems with the participants.
In the Scientific Program there will be 6 distinguished Keynote Speakers, Invited Sessions, Contributed Sessions and a Poster Session, covering a wide range of topics in Statistics, with more than 100 papers being presented.
