Ensure the equipping of services, the management, conservation and distribution of articles in storage;
Ensure the supply and management of commonly used materials;
Collaborate in the acquisition process and the conclusion of contracts for the procurement of goods and services, in accordance with statutory requirements;
Organize and update the accounting data relating to items in warehouse;
Keep updated the Section's file’s.
