The Psychological Support and Vocational Counseling Office provides psychological and vocational counseling to NOVA FCT students and promotes initiatives in the field of Mental Health and Well-Being.
The Office is located at Building III, 1st floor.
The screening consultation is the first point of contact with the Psychological Support Service. Its purpose is to understand the student’s needs, assess their current situation, and identify the most appropriate response for their case. Usually conducted online, this consultation enables effective and personalised referral to the different levels of support available, ensuring that each individual receives the support best suited to their well-being.
