Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a technique that involves practicing full attention. This means observing your thoughts, emotions, and feelings without judging them. By accepting them as they are, you can deal with life's challenges and demands more consciously.

The goals of mindfulness sessions are to experience and cultivate this attitude in managing your thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal conflicts.

The groups will be made up of students (up to 12 people) and will meet at the GAPAV premises, Building III, 1st floor., and may include students from various academic degrees.

Participants must register via email and are subject to availability.

Sessions Schedule (2023/2024)

Session I: 12/03/2024 (1pm-2:30pm)

Session II: 16/04/2024 (1pm-2:30pm)

Session III: 14/05/2024 (1pm-2:30pm)

Session IV: 11/06/2024 (1pm-2:30pm)
