The Mental Health Film Cycle aims to promote reflective thinking about emotional and relational challenges faced in contemporary society, in order to provide some insight into experiences and emotional pain.
Each session includes a film screening and a debate lasting around 60 minutes, with the participation of NOVA FCT members or external guests who can enrich the analysis of each presented topic.
The event is open to the whole academic community, students, researchers, teachers, and non-teaching staff.
