Advanced Training Program in User Experience Design with open applications

The NOVA School of Science and Technology is one of the partners of the Advanced Training Program in User Experience Design, created within the scope of the CMU Portugal program, which is currently accepting applications for its first edition.

Developed in collaboration between the NOVA School of Science and Technology, Faculdade de Ciências da Lisboa (FCUL), Técnico+/Instituto Superior Técnico and Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), the course is scheduled to start in March 2022 and convene through June 2022 with 10 modules (216h).

These shorter duration courses (approximately 200h), created under the scope of the CMU Portugal Program, are practical training for solving day-to-day problems and design in strick colaboration with professors from the various universities involved. This formations are aimed at those with some professional experience, mainly in the areas of ICT. Classes will be face-to-face and the course will be entirely lectured in English.

Candidates should have a pre-Bologna degree (Licenciado) or master’s degree in one of the main areas of the Advanced Training Program: Informatics or Computer Science, Design and Psychology or similar areas. This Course is oriented towards candidates with professional experience and will give preference to those with experience in interactive technologies.
