The Faculty of Science and Technology (New University of Lisbon) as the School of Agronomy (University of Lisbon) provide the Master Programme in Gastronomic Sciences. The Programme syllabus consists in several modular courses in both semesters. Registrations for the modular courses in the 2nd half of 2013/14 are now open and applicants can resgister each course individually. Certificates will be emitted afterwards the assessment in each course.
