18-10-2019

The research resulting from the Rabbit doctoral program resulted in the book Radiation in Bioanalysis, published in the prestigious international publishing company Springer-Nature.

The authors, Alice S. Pereira, Pedro Tavares and Paulo Limão-Vieira, professors and researchers at the Departments of Chemistry and Physics at NOVA School of Science and Technology, present a unique perspective on spectroscopic techniques used in small to large-scale biomolecule analysis as well as a careful review of the latest scientific and technological advances in electron and nuclear spectroscopy. The book also exposes a combined methodology of experimental results with modelling techniques and explores complementary methodologies that underlie the understanding and interpretation of new results.

The new book aims to attract a broad spectrum of readers from different technical and scientific fields with interests in the techniques and methodologies covered.

The book can now be purchased in its eBook version here and on November 16, 2019 will be distributed internationally.
