New FCT students excel at the National University Championships

March witnessed a flurry of sporting events with our students securing numerous medals.

Vasco Mendes clinched the national university championship title at the National University Orienteering Championships held in the Monsanto Forest Park, Lisbon.

In the National University Karate Championships held in Aveiro, our students João Xavier and José Miranda claimed gold medals, while André Moura and Tiago Pereira secured silver and bronze medals, respectively.

Rita Almeida, Cristiano Gherman, and António Almeida emerged victorious with gold medals at the National University Judo Championships in Viseu, with Pedro Cavaco securing a silver medal in the same event.
