In October, the Caparica Campus once again hosted the Portuguese Institute of Blood and Transplantation, IP, for a blood and bone marrow collection campaign. The initiative was a success, with 103 new donors signing up, 128 blood samples taken and almost 200 donors registered. The number of new donors shows the academic community's strong sense of solidarity.
