Título do Projeto: High-Performance Flexible Perovskite Solar Cells Through Nanostructured Interface Engineering

Breve descrição do projeto: 

This project aims to perform the collaborative research for a more thorough understanding of flexible perovskite solar cells (FPSCs), covering device physics, micro-nano optics, crystallization kinetics, and thin film processing technology. This project plans to develop highly efficient and stable FPSCs by using novel flexible electrodes and photonic structures to improve charge collection and light manipulation, and interfacial engineering to mitigate degradation of perovskite films and devices. The experimental results will be supported by the combined numerical simulation methods and in situ interface characterization with photoelectron-related techniques. It will be developed in the four interrelated parts: i) Energy loss mitigation of flexible electrodes; ii) Design and fabrication of photonic structures for light trapping; iii) Deposition of high-quality perovskite films and characterization of optoelectronic properties; iv) Construction of highly-efficient and stable FPSCs.
