Erasmus+ Mobilities within the consortium “ADVANCED COMPUTING CONSORTIUM – HPC, HPDA, AI & HPV (ACC)”

Within the scope of the ERASMUS+ consortium “Advanced Computing Consortium on HPC, HPDA, AI & HPV (ACC)”, whose main objective is to promote training in HPC, HPDA, AI and HPV of human resources from the consortium's partner institutions through mobilities , applications are open for “outgoing” mobilities in EU member states, third countries associated with the program (e.g., Iceland, Norway) and third countries not associated with the program (Switzerland and the United Kingdom) for students and teaching and non-teaching staff.

Other information

Location of mobility

The scholarship recipient must carry out their mobility in any country of the program other than the country of the sending organization and the country of residence.

 

Host institution

The teaching/non-teaching staff must carry out their mobility at any host institution in one of the European countries of the program.

Please note that the candidate is only applying for the mobility grant, and if it is awarded to him/her, he/she will have to check which institutions have vacancies to accommodate his/her mobility.

  

Grant to Support Student Mobility

A grant will be awarded depending on the expected days of mobility.

The following table shows the monthly reference base value assigned to each complete month (Grant Calculator). In the case of incomplete months, the value of an entire month is assigned by subtracting 1/30 of the monthly value for each missing day, with values rounded to the nearest unit:

Grant to Support the Mobility of Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel

The beneficiary staff will receive a community grant as a contribution towards their travel and subsistence expenses during the period spent abroad.

Travel - based on route distance per participant. The distance of the route must be calculated using the distance calculator supported by the European Commission.

NOTE: the “travel distance” represents the distance between the origin and destination locations, and the value covers the outward and return journey.

  

NOTE: Students and recent graduates who do not receive other travel support can opt for “eco-friendly travel”. In this case, you will receive a one-off contribution of €50 as an extra for individual support, as well as 4 extra days of individual support to cover round-trip travel days, if applicable.

Application Period

The application period runs from 10.10.2023 until 11pm on 31.05.2024 and is open permanently, that is, applications can be submitted on any date via email: div.a.cc@fct.unl.pt

 

Start of mobilities

The assigned mobilities can start from the 45th day after the cut-off date for assessment which occurs on the last day of each month and must be completed and completed by 31.07.2024.

 

Results

The result of the application will be transmitted by email to the candidate on the 22nd day after the cut-off date for evaluating applications. The ranking list of candidates will be sent to them by email.
