Integrated Master's thesis of the Department of Material Sciences published in "

The Integrated Master in Micro and Nanotechnology Engineering dissertation entitled "Magnetotransport properties of metal / LaAIO3 / SrTiO3 heterostructures" made by student Diogo Alexandre Castro Vaz, classified with 20 values by Professor Rodrigo Martins, saw his work recognized with its publication in the well-known scientific journal "Nature Materials".

Following this recognition, the CNRS Thales Laboratory, a joint laboratory with the CNRS and the Thales company, offered three scholarships for traineeships for Master thesis internships in the area of Micro and Nanotechnologies. These internships will begin in January 2017 and will last until the end of July.

The Center National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) is a public research body under the authority of the "Ministère d'Éducation Nationale de l'Enseignment Supérieur et de la Recherche".
