Student of the Department of Mathematics awarded by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foun

As part of the program "Incentive to Research", the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation selected the project "Monte Carlo in the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman Equation" to be funded in 12 500 euros. This project will be developed by Diogo Alexandre Pereira, student of the Master in Mathematics and Application, with the guidance of Maria Fernanda Cipriano, member of Center for Mathematics and Applications and professor at the Mathematics Department. 

Only two projects were selected in the field of mathematics.
