Sofia Simões, researcher FCT NOVA, CENSE (Centre for Environmental and Sustainability Research) maps the energy poverty in Portugal. The study was part of the ClimAdaPT.local project concluding that 29 percent of the population has no capacity to heating homes in winter or to cool them in summer.
