FCT Awards 2024 honours the work of NOVA FCT professors and Student Groups

On 1 June, the NOVA FCT Student Association revealed the results of the FCT Awards 2024.

This initiative, created by AEFCT, aims to recognise and value teachers who have distinguished themselves through their commitment and dedication during the 2023/24 academic year. It also honours the Student Group of the Year, celebrating their commitment and contribution to the NOVA FCT Community.

This year's Teacher of the Year went to Cláudio Fernandes, from the Department of Mathmatics.

Best Pedagogical Group went to the Electrotechnical and Computer Engineering Centre, Best Cultural Group went to PATA- Núcleo de Proteção Animal Todas a Ajudar and Best Recreational Group went to Grupo Académico Nús Koppus - Gank.

Among the NOVA FCT faculty, the following were also honored:
