The award, originally created in the 2013/2014 academic year under the name “NOVA Freshmen Scholarship,” consists of a grant equivalent to the annual tuition fee, awarded at the end of each academic year. Later renamed the NOVA Young Talent Awards, it has maintained its mission of encouraging and recognizing young talent. This distinction is not limited to the students alone: the secondary schools they attended are also honored, acknowledging the essential role of foundational education.
