FCT NOVA Integrated Master in Micro and Nanotechnologies Engineering students, Ana Correia and Paul Grey were awarded by the Portuguese Materials Society (SPM).
Ana Correia won the Award Materials Portuguese Society and Paul Grey was distinguished with a 2nd honorable mention.
The award resulted from their Master's dissertations, the one of Ana Correia entitled "The second order sigma-delta ADC using IGZO TFTs sputtered with multilayer dielectric" and the one of Paul Grey under the theme "Development of electrochromic thin Film transistors on flexible substrates."
