NOVA School of Sciences and Technology (FCT NOVA) receives the Pitch Bootcamp career accelerator annually on its campus. Due to the pandemic, this year, the event had a different format, but it was, nevertheless, a success.
The virtual Pitch Bootcamp of FCT NOVA took place on April 16 and 17 and was attended by 140 students and 130 company representatives.
This special and online edition allowed us to comprehend how companies are adapting and what impact the current context is having on their operations; understand how recruitment processes are being conducted; perceive how companies are creating mechanisms and new models of remote work; understand what opportunities companies are creating for young people, whether they are recent graduates, finalists or students from other years.
The event is organized by the Spark Agency, the recruitment and talent management agency, which has been conducting these meetings since 2013
