After the latter official competition on February 29, in Odivelas, with the conquest of the 1st collective place in the National University Archery Championship, 261 days the NOVA team conquered for the first time the gold medal in the National University Championship of Team Badminton.
The team had the excellent performance of Ian Teixeira, Ielyzaveta Basysta, João Frazão, Patrícia Simplício and Tomás Correia students of NOVA School of Science and Technology.
The event was equally marked by the excellent organization on the part of the University of Minho and the Academic Federation of University Sports and the cooperation of the participants, thus guaranteeing conditions of hygiene and, most importantly, of safety, for its development.
