"Entrepreneurship Grand Finale" takes place on February 24


The final presentation session of the students' projects of the curricular unit "Entrepreneurship" will take place on February 24, from 9.30 am to 1 pm, at the Grand Auditorium of Nova School of Science and Technology | FCT NOVA.

The "Entrepreneurship Grand Final", where the ten best projects will be presented, will have David Olim, CEO of FootAR, as keynote speaker. The three winning teams will receive monetary prizes, worth 2,500 euros for the 1st place, 1,500 euros for the 2nd place and 750 euros for the 3rd place, in addition to prizes awarded by the five sponsoring companies that support the programme, Jerónimo Martins, EY, NOS, ASSECO and NTT Data.

The Entrepreneurship curricular unit is part of the FCT NOVA Curricular Profile and is integrated in the initiatives of NOVA Tech Ship, which gathers all the entrepreneurship activities and opportunities of the School.

FCT NOVA was a pioneer in Portugal investing in a comprehensive education, including in its curriculum areas of complementary training, such as the curricular unit of Entrepreneurship, which has already trained, since its first edition in 2013, more than 7500 students, with the involvement of 250 companies and 750 guest speakers, giving rise to more than 1500 technological and innovative business ideas.
