C-mo, a project developed by former students of Biomedical Engineering at NOVA School of Science and Technology, won in two categories at the 4th edition of the Altice Innovation Awards.
The team had the excellent performance of Ian Teixeira, Ielyzaveta Basysta, João Frazão, Patrícia Simplício and Tomás Correia students of NOVA School of Science and Technology.

The NOVA School of Science and Technology has 16 scientific projects selected in the IC&DT Project Competition - Scientific Research and Technological Development Projects.
"The Direction of the Portuguese Urology Association has awarded an Honorable Mention for the outstanding quality of the project," it can be referred to in the statement.
The core objective of the COVOICE-19 project is the development of models based on Artificial Intelligence, more precisely Machine Learning, to support activities in the clinical contexts of rapid diagnosis and prognosis in suspected or detected cases of COVID-19, respectively
NOVA School of Science and Technology was present at the 2nd Sustainable Campus Conference 2020, promoted by the Sustainable Campus Network, with oral communications and virtual presentations of the work developed over the last year.
The next stage of evaluation will consider applications received until 15 November 2020.
