• Explores the most relevant statistical techniques for health applications, allowing the conversion of data into useful information for society and decision-making;
• Diverse offering of curricular units resulting from being a joint program between NOVA FCT and the NOVA Institute of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, with the collaboration of the National School of Public Health.
Professionals in areas of Health Sciences such as Medicine, Nursing, Health Technician, Exact Sciences such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economic Sciences, and related areas, subject to evaluation of the candidate's curriculum.
The Postgraduate Program in Applied Health Statistics is offered in an online learning format, which is more flexible and comprehensive. This course explores a diversity of distance learning teaching strategies, with a strong component of using statistical software, information technologies, and practical applications in real-world examples.
